This is your “go-to” software for anything related to your Flight Controls and Panels. Calibrate and adjust them to your needs, access to all manuals and updates for your devices. “Hub” is basically our PLUS version of the Test & Calibrate software.

Our technical department can be reached directly by telephone in order to receive and start a fast diagnose of the incidence. Bear in mind that many of the technical support services are solved by telephone as most of the incidences are due to procedure misinterpretations.
MANUALS
All our professional flight simulators and controls come with Quick Start Guide and/or Instruction and/or Operating Manuals. In case of incidence: you can check our Downloads page on the website and get your specific documents as well as cut outs and anything you need.
HANDS-ON SUPPORT
If there is no other solution, we have other alternatives. Either we send a technician along with the tools and spare parts kit after diagnosing the incidence by telephone and/or remote session or we can also get your equipment back to our worldwide HQ. Only 1% of incidences need hand on technical support. We have technicians in Europe, US, Canada and Asia to reach you within hours/days.
REMOTE SESSION
Over 90% of incidences can be solved online. We will establish a remote control session with you, that will let us work on the Flight Sim PC installed inside the simulator.
