PRELIMINARY PROVISIONS
These General Conditions of Purchase apply to all purchases of items from VIRTUAL FLY, S.L. that have been made through the Website www.virtual-fly.com (hereinafter “Website”).

By placing an order, the User guarantees that he is of legal age (or emancipated), that he freely has assets and rights, including the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.

The resale or distribution of items purchased through the Website is strictly prohibited. Only authorized dealers may place orders for resale or distribution.

We reserve the right to cancel on fraudulent or speculative orders, or if there is reasonable doubt that the User may be violating our terms and conditions, or incurring in criminal activities. VIII. Payment method and payment security

IX. Shipping: Logistics

PARTIAL NULLITY

If any part of these General Conditions of Purchase is contrary to Law and, therefore, invalid, this would not affect the rest of the provisions in accordance with Law. The parties agree to renegotiate those provisions of the General Purchase Conditions that will be void and to incorporate them into the rest of the General Purchase Conditions.

MODIFICATION OF THE GENERAL PURCHASE CONDITIONS
