DESCRIPTION

The SOLO D4 is a Plug&Fly panel that you can connect to your Flight simulator computer. This Damond DA40 panel includes our signature G1000 suite, three standby instruments and our COMPOSS.

Our SOLO D4 contains all indicators, switches and navigation equipment as the real airplane. The G1000 works flawlessly, with equivalent functionalities to the real device.

There are two optional modules that can be added (only available if the Flight Deck is purchased):

The pedestal with throttle quadrant, elevator trim and tank fuel selector.
The Stick with all functionalities: Electric elevator trim, Autopilot disengage and PTT push-button

It includes the Starting Engine key and Master ALT/BAT switches as well as replica lighting, fuel, ice, flaps, and the rest of instrumentation that a typical DA40 G1000 has. A dimmable glareshield light is included for night flights.

The SOLO D4 is an ideal choice for flight schools and home users that don’t have a bigger space for a dual or full motion system but still need realistic visuals, controls and cockpit. It’s a great choice to maintain IFR currency and keeping skills sharp when the weather is not good enough to fly the real thing!

Because it runs on its own BAREBONE computer, it does not consume any resourcesfrom the graphics cards or CPU of the main computer to which it is connected.
