¿Cuál es periodo de garantía de los productos Virtual-Fly?

Virtual-Fly cumple con la normativa internacional vigente: 1 año para trabajos de reparación y materiales y 1 año más solo para materiales.

¿Necesito anclajes especiales en el suelo?

No, nuestros simuladores solamente necesitan una superficie regular y nivelada para ser instalados.

¿Son difíciles de instalar?

El simulador se sirve totalmente montado, solamente tendrás que extraerlo del interior de una caja de madera, moverlo con sus ruedas giratorias, enroscar las patas de apoyo y enchufar a la toma eléctrica. Tienes la opción de encargar l instalación al servicio técnico de Virtual-Fly.

¿Cómo encargo el transporte?

La entrega de este simulador de vuelo puede realizarse por transporte aéreo, marítimo o terrestre. Virtual-Fly está familiarizada con los procesos, los embalajes y los documentos necesarios para el transporte por lo que podemos aconsejarte sobre los pasos a seguir y cómo hacerlo.

¿Qué tipo de ayuda recibo?

Acceso por control remoto al ordenador del simulador, videoconferencias, atención telefónica y asistencia personal, si es necesaria, a través del equipo técnico del distribuidor más cercano o del propio personal de Virtual-Fly.

Por el mismo precio ¿Puedo comprar mi propio avión?

Sí, en la actualidad las aeronaves de aviación general de segunda mano o las nuevas marcas de aviación ligera tienen precios similares a este simulador. La diferencia es que la compra de una aeronave requiere una inversión constante para afrontar los costes de combustible, mantenimiento, inspecciones, impuestos, documentación, revisiones, etc. A largo plazo, el propietario de una aeronave debe asumir un total de miles de euros que puede evitarse con la compra de este simulador. Nuestro simulador únicamente necesita una limpieza anual y su consumo eléctrico es extremadamente bajo.

Por el mismo precio ¿Puedo construir mi propio simulador?

Puedes intentarlo pero no te aseguras el resultado. La diferencia es que Virtual-Fly ya está en el mercado con un producto garantizado, un precio y unos plazos de entrega fijos que permiten al cliente ahorrar tiempo, dinero y preocupaciones. Sólo hay que disfrutar de un simulador de última generación totalmente respaldado por el fabricante.

¿Cuánto tiempo tardaré en recibir la unidad?

Virtual-Fly no es un fabricante de coches en serie. Cada usuario recibe un simulador de vuelo de última generación que debe cumplir con los estándares de calidad de cada cliente por lo que no disponemos de existencias. El tiempo medio de producción es de 18 semanas, transporte a parte.

¿Qué ocurre cuando compro lo compro?

Virtual-Fly comienza a trabajar tu pedido desde el momento en que se recibe la conformidad del pago por transferencia bancaria, Pay-Pal o tarjeta de crédito. En ese momento, empaquetamos la unidad solicitada y la enviamos directamente al domicilio del cliente o la fabricamos en el caso de no disponer de stock.

¿Cómo se cuándo va a llegar mi producto?

Los plazos de producción y entrega se actualizan y especifican en los presupuestos que nos solicitas y en la webshop. Una vez efectuada la salida del producto hacía el punto de destino elegido por el cliente se genera un número de identificación de envío que te hacemos llegar para controlar la entrega.

¿Qué hago cuando me lo entregan?

Abre la caja y comprueba que ésta y el producto están en perfecto estado. Si existe algún daño en la caja o el producto debes comunicárselo al empleado de la empresa de transporte para cursar la oportuna reclamación. A continuación sigue los pasos del Manual de Instrucciones o llámanos si tienes alguna duda o consulta.
